Nosh IT Services was created by former Cable & Wireless & DELL Engineer John Houston. Based in Greenock, the Angus Rd store is the
second store in the history of the company and we currently support national and multi-national business clients on our managed services platform. Our repair centre in Angus Rd opened to the general
public on the 12th October 2015 and provides a "one-stop-shop" for all things repair and sales related.
From the beginning of his career with IBM in 1995, John developed a wealth of technical knowledge from various sectors including Healthcare, Education, Telecoms and market leading IT companies. Through the various cycles of Microsoft platforms, from the early days of Windows 3.1 through to modern business Server-platforms and the latest Windows 10 generation, he has provided thousands of solutions and repairs throughout this career and it's this experience and dedication which sets our Company apart from the rest. Sometimes the solution required isn't straightforward or easy. Sometimes it requires a cool-head and an attack from various angles. but through effective diagnostics and questions it's possible for John and his team to clarify the clients' situation and develop a resolution.
We are passionate about Technology but we are equally responsible when it comes to the environment and local area. Nosh IT Services proudly conducts business on behalf of the community and even established an online Community page called "LarkfieldLife" (https://www.facebook.com/larkfieldlife) to promote the immediate area of Larkfield and the wider Inverclyde area. The sole aim of this work is to use technology to improve the lives and opportunities of local people, giving something back to the community.
