Pay as you Go Service
For many of our customers, the
simple ad-hoc pay as you go service is perfect for their
needs. They may require few call-outs or remote
work, but when things get really frustrating they can
lift the phone and have someone assist them on a
needs-basis for a flat hourly rate.
There are NO CALLOUT
CHARGES on our Pay as you Go service, just
assistance on demand - when you need it, where you need
it - We Handle IT!

Sub-Contracting Work or
Smart-Hands
Some of our blue-chip clients
undertake migration and upgrade work across their
business. If there's a need for talented,
experienced and professional staff to go onto your
remote sites around the West central Scotland area and
carry out your instructions our Sub-Contracting or
"Smart-hands" service is available for a set fee.
Engineers can progress your instructions, act as a
central point of contact for project management or speak
to 3rd party contacts on our clients behalf. This
work can be undertaken by our engineers acting on your
behalf for seamless integration and representing your
company at a "local' level to end-users.

service contract holders is available for a flat hourly
rate if you need help fast.

Sub-Contracting or Smart-Hands Service
Costs can spiral during mass migrations and upgrades.
Sending your IT staff to all corners of the globe to
carry out relatively simple tasks may seem like a waste

Whether it's a scripted install, or co-ordination of
mass-migration we can assist you by visiting your site

lead, conduct or follow your instructions from site.

& Conditions
* Windows-Based Operating Systems Only (Microsoft
Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server,
Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2000, Microsoft
Windows Small Business Server 2003, Microsoft Windows
Server 2008 (Inc. R2), Microsoft Windows Small Business
Server 2008, Microsoft Windows Small Business Server
2011), Windows XP Home/Professional, Windows Vista
Home/Basic/Professional, Windows 7 Home/Professional.
** Fair Use Policy
applies. Remote & Onsite requirements must not exceed
20hrs of Onsite or Remote per week. Any requirement for
more than 20hrs within a single week will be charged at
discounted rates (£70/90ph - Site peak/off peak &
£50/£70ph Remote peak/off peak). Entitlement does
not carry across to following week if unused.
These measures are to ensure fairness for all
service-users whilst maintaining high levels of
response.
† If you pay for
the first six months of your service up front, nosh IT
Services will credit your account on the seventh month.
The credit value will be equivalent to your monthly
service cost excluding any additional services such as
Change Controls, out-of-band charges, etc.
