From here we can arrange "dialin" or remote assistance on your computer.  This service is available to both Business or Home Users.

We use award-winning remote software specialists Logmein to securely connect our engineers to your Laptop or PC over the Internet*.  This allows instant support or when the end-user has little time for hanging around and needs the issue fixed upon their return. 

Vodafone, London School of Economics (LSE) and Nissan are just some of the organisations utilising this service for their remote support requirements, so you'll be in good company. 

Sessions are encrypted & recorded for quality assurance.  Connections are also "torn down" completely when we're finished and firewalls can remain enabled throughout the session to prevent any risks.  We also require our customers to grant remote privileges : you are always in full control.  You can sit & watch us working or leave us to it, we really don't mind!

For Remote Assistance, please contact us on 01475 726990 or 0800 566 8331(24hrs).  We will issue a six-digit code to insert in the box below, then simply click CONNECT TO TECHNICIAN.  Shortly afterwards, you'll have a certified Microsoft professional engineer viewing the error or issues you see on your computer screen....Simple!

* If your issue is internet connectivity, remote diagnostics may not be available without telephone/onsite support.  For most general issues, remote connection will be suitable.
